How do I order a product?
Open a product and choose ‘Add to cart’. Enter the size, quantity, and any color, design, or other details. Add all the products you want, then open your cart to edit or remove items and prepare one WhatsApp message. Review it, open WhatsApp, and press Send. Mooana will confirm prices, availability, and payment arrangements.
Can I request a different size?
Yes—look for the Custom size button on eligible products. Let us know your preferred dimensions and quantity. Every custom request is reviewed before its feasibility and price are confirmed.
How should I measure a cutter?
Describe the inner cutting width and height, and include millimeters or centimeters. If a shape should keep its proportions, tell us the longest dimension. You can also select ‘I need help choosing a size’.
Are the tools in each photo sold as a set?
Photos can show several designs or sizes together. Mooana will confirm exactly which pieces are included and whether they are available individually or as a set before you order.
Do I need to leave my phone number here?
No. Your cart is saved only in this browser, without asking for your phone number. When you send the message in WhatsApp, Mooana can reply to your WhatsApp account.
Does opening WhatsApp send my message?
No. You can review the prepared message and must press Send yourself. Preparing a message does not place an order or make a payment.
How long will my order take?
Production time, delivery options, and any delivery charge are confirmed directly by Mooana for your order. Custom sizes may need additional preparation.
Can I purchase the miniature pieces?
The miniature gallery currently shows creative inspiration. Those pieces are not listed for purchase here.
